Who We Are
Ku.Sal Marginalized Women Organization (KMWO), also known as Ku.Sal Bangladesh, is an Indigenous youth feminist organization established in 2022, dedicated to fostering a society free from discrimination by empowering Indigenous women to realize their human rights and attain socio-economic transformation. Our initiatives prioritize the advancement of human rights, women’s rights, and land rights through advocacy for equality, gender-responsive public services, access to quality education, climate justice, and the creation of safe environments at the grassroots level.

We envision a society free from discrimination, where indigenous women are empowered to realize their human rights, achieve socio-economic transformation, and contribute to building an environmentally sustainable society.
Mission
Our mission is to unite Indigenous women in advocating for the recognition and realization of their individual and collective rights, while ensuring their well-being and empowerment at every level.
What We Do
KMWO works in key fields such as women’s empowerment, women and human rights, land rights, capacity building, education, SRHR, cultural preservation, and climate justice.
